Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for complex technical roles, including Software Engineering, Data Science, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates in the LA tech ecosystem and beyond.
- Manage the end-to-end interview process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define talent needs and build long-term recruiting pipelines for the 2026 Games.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize sourcing channels and improve time-to-fill metrics.
- Partner with marketing to promote employer branding and attract diverse talent pools.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the Sports, Entertainment, or Fortune 500 sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully closing hard-to-fill engineering roles.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles and technical skill sets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Passion for sports and the Olympic movement is a major plus.
