Core Responsibilities:

- Project Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of technical initiatives related to the 2026 infrastructure, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between engineering teams, executive leadership, and external vendors to align on strategic goals.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential technical and operational risks early and implement proactive mitigation strategies to ensure system stability.
- Agile Delivery: Lead Agile ceremonies, facilitate sprint planning, and drive continuous improvement across cross-functional squads.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize team capacity and manage budgets to maximize ROI on high-priority technology deployments.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet rigorous technical standards and compliance regulations before deployment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably within large-scale infrastructure or event technology.
- Certification: PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 certified is highly preferred.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, network security, and large-scale software integration.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical jargon into business value.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues under pressure and make data-driven decisions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business Administration required.
