Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end technical strategy for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Architect and oversee the implementation of microservices and cloud-native solutions on AWS/Azure.
- Mentor and guide a high-performing team of senior engineers and developers.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Drive best practices in CI/CD, DevOps, and automated testing to accelerate delivery cycles.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and ensure architectural compliance across the organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a leadership or architecture role.
- Proven expertise in designing and deploying large-scale distributed systems.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, Go, or Java) and frameworks.
- Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical decisions across cross-functional teams.
