Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision and architecture for complex, high-scale systems.
- Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven features and predictive models.
- Mentor and coach a team of talented engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Data Science to deliver best-in-class solutions.
- Ensure code quality, scalability, and security across all engineering projects.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies to recommend strategic improvements to our tech stack.
- Conduct technical reviews and architecture assessments for new initiatives.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior technical leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Java, or Go, with strong knowledge of modern software development principles.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems and cloud-native applications (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and large language models.
- Strong background in database design (SQL and NoSQL).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
