Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, scalable, and secure system architectures that align with the 2026 technology roadmap.
- Technical Strategy: Define and drive technical vision, standards, and best practices across the engineering organization.
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Lead migrations and optimizations on major cloud providers (AWS/Azure), focusing on microservices, serverless, and containerization (Kubernetes).
- Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and technical leads, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous learning.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze system bottlenecks and implement high-performance solutions to handle millions of transactions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, security teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in a Senior Technical Architect or Lead Engineer role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Technologies: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/Azure), and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Programming: Proficiency in at least two modern languages (e.g., Go, Python, Java, TypeScript).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering large-scale projects on time.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and reliability.
