Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the Technical Roadmap for 2026, aligning engineering goals with business objectives.
- Lead the architectural design of large-scale distributed systems, focusing on microservices, cloud-native solutions, and edge computing.
- Drive technical decision-making across product development, ensuring best practices in security, scalability, and performance.
- Mentor and cultivate a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and system architecture, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.
- Expert knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading complex technical transformations and roadmap planning.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (Java, Python, Go, or Rust).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical vision to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure and large language model (LLM) integration is a significant plus.
