Responsibilities
- Design Resilient Architectures: Architect scalable, fault-tolerant cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) capable of handling peak global traffic.
- System Optimization: Lead the optimization of data pipelines to ensure real-time processing for millions of users.
- Cybersecurity & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols to safeguard sensitive athlete and fan data.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain the highest quality standards.
- Disaster Recovery: Develop and maintain comprehensive disaster recovery plans to ensure 99.99% uptime.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage third-party technology vendors and integrations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Systems Architecture or Software Engineering.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture.
- Cloud Proficiency: Strong proficiency in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go.
