Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to establish a comprehensive 3-year technology and innovation strategy, specifically targeting key deliverables for the year 2026.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Research, evaluate, and deploy emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness, Web3) to ensure our infrastructure is future-proofed.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex 2026 goals into actionable business value.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate partnerships with technology vendors and startups aligned with the 2026 vision.
- Change Management: Lead organizational transformation initiatives to ensure the workforce is prepared for the technological shifts of 2026 and beyond.
- Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs and success metrics for all strategic initiatives to measure progress toward the 2026 objectives.
Qualifications
