Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Tech Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for technology adoption, identifying trends that will impact the industry by 2026.
- Architecture Review: Conduct rigorous assessments of current infrastructure to ensure compatibility with future standards and protocols.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Pilot and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum computing, Edge computing) to determine viability for long-term deployment.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership to secure buy-in.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and forward-thinking problem-solving.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all long-term strategic initiatives adhere to future regulatory standards and data privacy laws.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technology strategy with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic advisory role.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to forecast technological trends and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and scalable system design.
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Masterâs degree preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
