Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Roadmaps: Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives and emerging trends.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and oversee the development of high-availability, distributed systems capable of handling massive data throughput.
- Pilot New Technologies: Evaluate and prototype cutting-edge technologies (e.g., Quantum-ready algorithms, advanced LLMs) to integrate into our core stack.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to the highest standards of cybersecurity and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic advisory capacity.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with proven experience designing microservices architectures.
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of Machine Learning pipelines, NLP, and predictive modeling frameworks.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to forecast industry trends and adapt technical roadmaps accordingly.
- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect Professional or Google Cloud Professional Architect certification is highly desirable.
