Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning for AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with company goals and emerging industry trends for the year 2026.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, scalable AI systems capable of handling enterprise-level data volumes.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives in Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing, translating academic breakthroughs into commercial products.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior engineers and architects, conducting code reviews, and conducting technical workshops.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with product managers and C-suite executives to define technical requirements and communicate complex architectural concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI models and data pipelines adhere to strict security protocols and industry compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and driving innovation in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical strategies to diverse audiences, from engineers to executives.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex, ambiguous problems and deliver scalable solutions under tight deadlines.
