Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-scale distributed systems using Python, Go, and Rust.
- Lead architectural decisions that ensure system resilience and scalability for 2026 and beyond.
- Collaborate with AI researchers to integrate large language models (LLMs) into core products.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for code quality and CI/CD pipelines.
- Optimize database queries and reduce latency for millions of users.
- Contribute to open-source projects and internal technical blogs.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong CS background.
- Deep expertise in at least one major language (Python, Java, or C++) and modern web technologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
