Responsibilities
- Design & Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance software systems using modern best practices.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and solve complex technical problems.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor application performance and implement optimizations to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Testing: Develop and maintain comprehensive automated test suites (unit, integration, and end-to-end) to guarantee system reliability.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on web technologies.
- Programming: Proficiency in modern languages such as Python, Java, or Go, with strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Frameworks: Solid experience with front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) and back-end frameworks (Node.js, Django, Spring).
- Cloud: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Tools: Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
