Responsibilities

- Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawlability, indexing, and site speed issues.
- Lead keyword research and gap analysis to uncover high-value opportunities in competitive niches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, development, PR) to optimize website architecture and user experience.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and Search Console to report on ROI and KPIs.
- Stay ahead of search algorithm updates and industry trends to advise leadership on long-term technical roadmaps.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, preferably in a fast-paced agency or high-growth startup environment.
- Deep understanding of Google Search Console, Analytics, and third-party SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Strong technical background with the ability to communicate effectively with developers on complex site issues.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable business insights.
- Experience with schema markup, page speed optimization, and mobile-first indexing.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
