Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 SEO Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive long-term SEO strategy that anticipates algorithmic shifts, voice search trends, and AI-driven search behaviors.
- Technical Excellence: Lead complex technical audits to optimize site architecture, improve Core Web Vitals, and ensure crawlability for both users and search engine bots.
- Content Strategy & Optimization: Collaborate with content creators to produce high-authority, semantic-rich content that drives qualified organic traffic and establishes domain authority.
- Link Building & Authority: Spearhead a white-hat link acquisition strategy to build a diverse and high-quality backlink profile.
- Data Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics 4 and Search Console; provide actionable insights to stakeholders to refine marketing initiatives.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of competitor strategies to identify gaps and opportunities for market dominance.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven success in SEO, with a track record of improving organic traffic and rankings for enterprise-level websites.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, or custom).
- Analytics: Expert-level proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and advanced SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
