Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Mastery: Conduct comprehensive technical audits to identify and rectify crawl errors, site speed issues, and indexation problems to ensure optimal search engine performance.
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute enterprise-level SEO strategies that align with business objectives, focusing on keyword research, content optimization, and backlink acquisition.
- Analytics & Reporting: Utilize tools like Google Analytics 4, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to track performance metrics, generate actionable insights, and produce monthly reporting for stakeholders.
- Content Collaboration: Partner with content teams to optimize blog posts, landing pages, and product descriptions for both search engines and user intent.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor movements and industry trends to stay ahead of the curve and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Site Architecture: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to improve site structure, navigation, and internal linking for better user experience and crawlability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of proven experience in SEO, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side rendering (SSR) concepts.
- Tools: Proficiency in Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Screaming Frog, and schema markup tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: Google Analytics, Google Ads, and HubSpot certifications are a plus.
