Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement fixes to improve site health and crawlability.
- Develop and execute high-level content strategies that align with user intent and keyword research.
- Lead off-page SEO efforts, including link building campaigns and relationship management.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions) using tools like Google Analytics and Ahrefs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and content writers, to ensure technical requirements are met.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and algorithm updates to ensure our strategies remain effective.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of improving organic traffic and search rankings.
- Deep understanding of Google’s Search Essentials and algorithm updates.
- Proficiency in technical SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing SEO budgets and leading teams or projects.
