Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals to improve organic rankings and traffic volume.
- Technical Audit & Optimization: Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits to identify crawlability issues, site speed bottlenecks, and indexing problems.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with content teams to optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headers, and internal linking structures.
- Link Building: Lead high-quality outreach campaigns to acquire authoritative backlinks and build domain authority.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor keyword performance, organic traffic trends, and conversion rates using Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Competitor Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends by analyzing competitor strategies and market positioning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven success in SEO, preferably within a fast-paced digital agency or high-growth startup environment.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Google Algorithm updates, HTML/CSS, and site architecture.
- Tools: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
- Data Analysis: Strong ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable optimization tactics.
