Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for our core SaaS platform, aligning with business goals and market demands.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact between engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze usage metrics, churn data, and customer feedback to drive product iterations and feature prioritization.
- Go-to-Market Execution: Collaborate with marketing teams to launch new features, ensuring clear value propositions are communicated to target audiences.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation within the SaaS market.
- Agile Leadership: Facilitate agile ceremonies, remove blockers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality products on schedule.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically within the SaaS or B2B technology sector.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), API integrations, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable product strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile/Scrum: Demonstrated experience working within Agile and Scrum frameworks.
