Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, responsive web applications using React and modern JavaScript ecosystems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, product managers, backend engineers) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring optimal rendering performance.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to foster a culture of excellence and knowledge sharing.
- Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and technical debt within the codebase.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the frontend development landscape.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, MobX).
- Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling solutions (Sass, Tailwind CSS, Styled Components).
- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress) and writing unit tests.
- Familiarity with build tools like Webpack, Vite, or Babel.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues efficiently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
