Responsibilities
- Architecting Neural Architectures: Design and implement next-generation neural networks optimized for quantum hardware environments.
- Roadmap Planning: Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 transition, ensuring seamless integration of quantum algorithms into deep learning models.
- Hardware-Software Integration: Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize data throughput and minimize latency in quantum processing units.
- Prototype Development: Build and validate high-fidelity prototypes of human-computer interfaces using quantum entanglement principles.
- Mentorship: Lead a team of brilliant engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve by publishing papers and patenting novel quantum computing methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in machine learning, AI, or quantum computing (specifically Qiskit, Cirq, or IBM Quantum Experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and CUDA programming. Experience with quantum error correction is highly preferred.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Communication: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
