Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable quantum algorithms integrated with neural networks.
- R&D Strategy: Lead the research and development team in identifying breakthrough technologies for the 2026 product line.
- System Integration: Integrate quantum processing units (QPUs) with cloud infrastructure to optimize data throughput and model training speeds.
- Team Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into actionable roadmaps.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously refine models to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and reduced latency in high-stakes environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML or quantum computing research.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and familiarity with quantum libraries such as Qiskit or Cirq.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage large-scale projects from conception to deployment.
- Innovation: A strong track record of published research or patents in the fields of machine learning or quantum mechanics.
