Responsibilities
- Design & Build: Architect scalable, hybrid quantum-classical systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data workloads.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for integrating AI models with quantum algorithms to meet our 2026 launch goals.
- Optimization: Identify and resolve bottlenecks in data pipelines, ensuring maximum efficiency for machine learning training.
- Collaboration: Partner with product leaders and R&D teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of talented engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Security: Implement rigorous security protocols for quantum-safe cryptography and data privacy.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil).
- AI/ML: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and distributed systems.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
