Responsibilities
- Architect Quantum Algorithms: Design, develop, and optimize hybrid quantum-classical algorithms tailored for complex data analysis and optimization tasks.
- System Integration: Integrate quantum computing modules into existing cloud infrastructure and legacy systems, ensuring seamless interoperability.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research initiatives exploring new quantum gates, error correction methods, and qubit optimization strategies for the 2026 roadmap.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of junior data scientists and quantum engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Performance Tuning: Continuously monitor and optimize system performance, reducing error rates and increasing processing throughput.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane).
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages. Strong understanding of linear algebra and quantum mechanics.
- Cloud Expertise: Experience deploying models on cloud platforms (AWS Braket, Google Cloud Quantum, Azure Quantum).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights for stakeholders.
