Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Vision: Create and maintain a long-term product roadmap that aligns with emerging trends and market predictions for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Manage a diverse team of engineers, designers, and data scientists to drive the end-to-end lifecycle of future tech initiatives.
- Roadmap & Prioritization: Utilize data-driven insights to prioritize features, ensuring resources are allocated to high-impact opportunities that deliver maximum ROI.
- Prototype & Innovate: Spearhead the development of Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for experimental technologies.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for innovative strategies.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into competitive landscapes and emerging tech stacks to identify white-space opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the tech or SaaS sector.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and web development methodologies.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining product strategies that lead to significant market growth.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical data into compelling business narratives.
- Agile Mastery: Experience leading agile ceremonies (Sprints, Retrospectives, Planning) and using JIRA or similar tools.
