Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Craft and communicate a compelling product vision for 2026, aligning stakeholders on long-term goals and strategic milestones.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features that drive maximum business impact and user adoption.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead agile squads comprising engineers, designers, and data scientists to ensure seamless execution of product features.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and user behavior to identify new growth opportunities.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics to measure performance, iterate on product iterations, and optimize the user journey continuously.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex technical concepts to executive leadership and manage expectations across the organization.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of launching successful B2B or B2C software products.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think strategically about long-term product evolution and market positioning.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), and software development life cycles.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead diverse teams, foster a culture of innovation, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
