Job Description
We are building the operating system of the next decade. Project 2026 is our groundbreaking initiative to integrate generative AI directly into daily workflows, redefining how humans interact with technology.
We are seeking a visionary Senior Product Designer to lead the design language for this future. You won't just be designing screens; you will be architecting the emotional and functional bridge between human intent and artificial intelligence.
If you are obsessed with the future, passionate about spatial computing, and ready to leave a mark on the next generation of digital life, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Design Language: Establish and evolve the core design system for Project 2026, ensuring consistency across all AI-driven interfaces.
- AI-First UX: Design intuitive workflows that simplify complex generative AI interactions, making them accessible to non-technical users.
- Spatial & Interface Design: Create high-fidelity prototypes for both 2D web environments and emerging spatial computing platforms (AR/VR).
- User Research: Conduct deep-dive research to validate assumptions and uncover user needs in the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
- Collaboration: Work closely with backend engineers, AI researchers, and product managers to translate technical capabilities into user-centric features.
- Mentorship: Guide junior designers and contribute to a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of professional Product Design or UX Engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
- Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Figma and prototyping tools; strong understanding of front-end development principles (HTML/CSS/React).
- AI/GenAI Knowledge: Demonstrated interest and experience in designing for Large Language Models (LLMs) or AI agents.
- Spatial Awareness: Portfolio showcasing experience with 3D design, spatial interfaces, or immersive web experiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
