Responsibilities
- Define the Vision: Lead the technical strategy and architectural roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and innovation.
- Lead Engineering Excellence: Mentor and manage a team of elite engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, technical rigor, and continuous improvement.
- Prototype & Iterate: Spearhead the development of high-fidelity prototypes and Proof of Concepts (POCs) for cutting-edge AI-driven features.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment and optimization of distributed systems, ensuring 99.99% uptime and low-latency performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and researchers to translate complex requirements into robust engineering solutions.
- Security & Compliance: Implement and maintain enterprise-grade security protocols and ensure full compliance with international data regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or principal leadership role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and modern programming languages (Rust, Go, or Python).
- Innovation: Proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact technical projects from conception to production.
- Leadership: Exceptional ability to lead diverse teams, manage technical debt, and drive engineering excellence.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is preferred.
- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Google Cloud Professional Architect, or equivalent.
