Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations including procurement, vendor management, and facility maintenance
- Manage office budget, expense reports, and inventory systems
- Coordinate complex logistics for company events, offsites, and executive travel
- Lead onboarding processes for new hires and space optimization initiatives
- Implement sustainability programs and workplace safety protocols
- Act as primary liaison for building management and IT infrastructure
- Support HR initiatives including performance tracking and culture programs
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive office management experience in tech/startup environments
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software (e.g., OfficeRnD)
- Proven budget management ($500K+ annual spend)
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Exceptional vendor negotiation and contract management skills
- Experience with hybrid work model implementation
- Strong problem-solving abilities with calm demeanor under pressure
