Responsibilities
- Manage office administration including supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate executive calendars and arrange complex travel itineraries
- Oversee facility maintenance and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Lead onboarding processes and HR documentation for new hires
- Develop and implement operational improvement initiatives
- Manage office budgets and expense reporting systems
- Act as primary point of contact for building management and IT support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 5+ years of progressive office management experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Certified Facility Manager (CFM) designation a plus
- Proven experience managing budgets over $100,000
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
