Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including supply inventory management, facility maintenance, and equipment coordination
- Manage administrative staff and delegate tasks to ensure smooth workflow across departments
- Coordinate executive calendars, arrange complex travel itineraries, and prepare confidential correspondence
- Develop and manage office budgets, including vendor negotiations and expense tracking
- Implement HR processes including onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance documentation
- Plan company events, meetings, and offsite activities to boost team engagement
- Ensure office security protocols are followed and emergency procedures are current
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years progressive office management experience in fast-paced corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software (e.g., Asana, QuickBooks)
- Proven budget management and vendor negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law compliance
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to interact with all organizational levels
- Project management experience with ability to prioritize multiple competing deadlines
- Certification in Facilities Management or Office Administration preferred
