Responsibilities
- Oversee all office operations including facilities management, supply chain, and vendor relationships
- Manage administrative budgets with quarterly financial reporting and cost optimization
- Coordinate complex executive calendars and international travel arrangements
- Lead onboarding processes for new hires and maintain HR documentation
- Implement digital transformation initiatives for office systems and workflows
- Organize company events and maintain corporate culture initiatives
- Serve as primary liaison for IT, security, and facility maintenance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (5+ years experience accepted)
- Minimum 5 years progressive office management experience in corporate settings
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Proven budget management with P&L responsibility
- Strong vendor negotiation and contract management skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Project management certification (PMP preferred)
- Texas Notary Public commission (or ability to obtain)
