Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations including facilities management, vendor coordination, and maintenance scheduling
- Manage administrative budgets, procurement processes, and expense reporting systems
- Coordinate executive travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and calendar management
- Lead HR functions including onboarding, performance documentation, and policy implementation
- Implement and optimize digital office systems for efficiency (MS365, Slack, Asana)
- Develop and maintain comprehensive office safety protocols and compliance documentation
- Act as primary liaison for building management and external service providers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years progressive office management experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management software
- Proven budget management experience with procurement and vendor negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Texas employment regulations
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities
- Certifications in Facilities Management or Office Administration preferred
