Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including facilities management, supply chain logistics, and vendor relationships
- Manage administrative staff and coordinate cross-departmental workflows
- Develop and maintain office budgets, expense reports, and procurement systems
- Plan and execute corporate events, meetings, and team-building activities
- Implement and optimize office procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance
- Serve as primary liaison for HR functions including onboarding and employee relations
- Manage digital office systems including scheduling, communications platforms, and security protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (5+ years experience considered)
- Proven track record in office management or executive administration
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
