Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including vendor management, maintenance coordination, and supply chain optimization
- Manage employee onboarding/offboarding processes, including workspace setup and IT equipment provisioning
- Coordinate executive calendars, complex travel arrangements, and high-level meeting logistics
- Develop and maintain comprehensive office policies, safety protocols, and expense control systems
- Lead cross-functional projects for space reorganization and technology infrastructure upgrades
- Act as primary liaison for building management, security, and emergency response procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (5+ years equivalent experience acceptable)
- Minimum 5 years progressive office management experience in NYC corporate environments
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and workplace management software (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Proven vendor negotiation skills and experience managing multi-million dollar facility budgets
- Certification in Facilities Management (IFMA) or Project Management (PMP) preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with demonstrated crisis management experience
