Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations including facilities management, vendor coordination, and maintenance scheduling
- Manage administrative budgets, expense reports, and procurement processes
- Coordinate employee onboarding, training programs, and HR documentation
- Lead cross-departmental projects including event planning and process optimization
- Implement and maintain office policies, safety protocols, and sustainability initiatives
- Supervise administrative staff and performance management
- Act as primary liaison for IT facilities and building management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (5+ years experience without degree)
- Minimum 5 years progressive office management experience in tech/startup environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Proven budget management and procurement experience ($500K+ annual budgets)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong vendor negotiation and contract management abilities
- Certifications in facility management or project management preferred
