Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance web applications using Next.js 14, React, and TypeScript.
- SEO Optimization: Engineer server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) strategies to maximize organic traffic and search visibility.
- Performance Tuning: Analyze and optimize Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS) to ensure lightning-fast load times and seamless user experiences.
- Code Quality: Establish and enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers to maintain a robust codebase.
- API Integration: Integrate complex REST and GraphQL APIs while managing state management with Redux or Context API.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to translate wireframes into pixel-perfect, accessible interfaces.
- CI/CD: Implement automated testing and deployment pipelines using GitHub Actions and Docker.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development with a strong focus on Next.js and React.
- SEO Expertise: Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, schema markup, and technical SEO best practices.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Performance: Demonstrated ability to optimize web applications for speed, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA).
- Tools: Experience with version control (Git), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and monitoring tools (Datadog/New Relic).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
