What you'll do:
- Design and implement robust machine learning pipelines and algorithms.
- Optimize models for high performance and low latency in production environments.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct research to stay ahead of the curve in AI trends and methodologies.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical culture of the team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy scalable machine learning models using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Perform data analysis and preprocessing to ensure high-quality input for models.
- Utilize cloud services (AWS/GCP) for model training and inference.
- Implement monitoring and logging strategies to track model performance.
- Contribute to the technical documentation and code reviews.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering or Data Science.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and C++.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical methods, and deep learning architectures.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
