Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models using state-of-the-art architectures.
- Optimize data pipelines for high-velocity training and inference environments.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists and researchers to translate academic papers into production code.
- Implement best practices for MLOps, including CI/CD, model versioning, and monitoring.
- Drive technical innovation by exploring novel techniques in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or data science.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, parallel computing, and high-performance computing.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
