Responsibilities
- Lead Architecture: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure Java-based microservices and RESTful APIs using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
- System Optimization: Perform deep-dive performance tuning, memory analysis, and architectural reviews to ensure zero downtime and maximum throughput.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior developers, conduct rigorous code reviews, and establish coding standards that ensure maintainability and scalability.
- Cloud Integration: Leverage AWS or GCP to deploy, manage, and scale containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest industry trends in JVM technologies and propose architectural improvements to drive business growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers and QA engineers to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality software features.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on Java 17+.
- Core Skills: Deep expertise in Spring Framework, Hibernate/JPA, and JDBC.
- Tools: Proficiency in Git, Maven/Gradle, JUnit, Mockito, and Jenkins.
- Database Mastery: Strong knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with NoSQL solutions (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
- Cloud Native: Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
