Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable foundation models (LLMs) on distributed computing clusters.
- Optimize model inference speed and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with data scientists to curate high-quality training datasets.
- Implement and enforce safety guidelines and ethical AI protocols.
- Research and prototype novel architectures for multimodal AI systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical documentation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and RAG pipelines.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and GPU acceleration.
- Track record of publishing research or shipping production-level AI products.
