Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art generative models using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- System Architecture: Build scalable MLOps pipelines to ensure robust model deployment and monitoring.
- Optimization: Improve model inference speed and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly features.
- Ethical AI: Implement safety guidelines and fairness constraints to mitigate bias in AI outputs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering or data science, with at least 2 years specifically focused on Generative AI or Deep Learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, experience with Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, and vector databases.
- Frameworks: Strong understanding of transformer architectures and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
