Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Generative AI models (GPT-4, Llama, Claude architectures).
- Optimize model inference performance for real-time, high-volume applications.
- Lead research initiatives into novel training techniques and fine-tuning strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer products.
- Ensure model robustness, safety, and fairness through rigorous testing and evaluation.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers within the AI squad.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or NLP.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Proven track record of publishing research or deploying production-grade models.
- Experience with MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and model serving pipelines.
- Familiarity with RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback) methodologies.
