Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune large-scale generative models using state-of-the-art architectures (e.g., GPT, LLaMA variants).
- Infrastructure Optimization: Engineer scalable training and inference pipelines to handle billions of parameters efficiently.
- Prompt Engineering & RAG: Develop advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation strategies to ensure model accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- System Integration: Integrate AI models into production environments, ensuring robustness, security, and low latency.
- Ethical AI: Lead initiatives to ensure AI outputs are safe, unbiased, and aligned with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Programming: Expert-level proficiency in Python and C++.
- Frameworks: Deep experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Math: Strong understanding of linear algebra, calculus, and probability theory.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in machine learning, specifically in NLP or computer vision.
- Tools: Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
