Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Models: Design and implement proprietary Large Language Models and multimodal AI systems optimized for enterprise scalability.
- Research & Development: Lead internal research initiatives to explore novel architectures, including diffusion models and transformer evolutions.
- Optimization & Efficiency: Drive model quantization, pruning, and inference optimization to reduce latency and cost in production environments.
- Ethical AI Leadership: Establish and enforce guidelines for bias mitigation, safety, and responsible AI deployment.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Product Integration: Translate complex research findings into deployable features for our flagship product suite.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Machine Learning/AI.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in deep learning, specifically with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Technical Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI, and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems for AI workloads.
- Programming: Expert-level proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to cross-functional stakeholders and investors.
