We are building the infrastructure for the year 2026 and beyond. Apex Future Systems is seeking a visionary Senior Generative AI Architect to lead our next-generation model development. You will be responsible for designing scalable, robust, and ethical AI systems that push the boundaries of what is possible with Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents.
As a key member of our technical leadership team, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge research and production-grade engineering, ensuring our solutions are safe, efficient, and transformative.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement state-of-the-art generative models, focusing on LLM fine-tuning and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs for large-scale deployments.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to define technical roadmaps for AI-driven features.
- Establish and enforce best practices for data privacy, model governance, and AI safety.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
- Research and prototype emerging technologies in multimodal AI and reinforcement learning.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and modern deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Proven experience deploying and serving large-scale ML models on cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and experience with transformer architectures.
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
