We are on the frontier of artificial intelligence, building the neural networks that will define the Year 2026 and beyond. Quantum Horizon Labs is seeking a visionary Senior Generative AI Architect to lead the development of next-generation multimodal models and autonomous agents.
In this role, you will move beyond simple text generation, architecting systems that reason, plan, and execute complex tasks with human-like proficiency. You will define the standards for responsible AI, ensuring our models are safe, unbiased, and scalable for global deployment.
Responsibilities
- Architect LLM Pipelines: Design and implement robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and fine-tuning pipelines for large language models.
- Agentic AI Development: Build autonomous AI agents capable of multi-step reasoning, tool use, and self-correction.
- Model Optimization: Optimize model inference speeds and reduce latency using quantization and pruning techniques.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Establish guardrails and safety protocols to prevent hallucinations and ensure alignment with human values.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product teams to translate advanced AI capabilities into consumer-facing applications.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, and experience with Hugging Face Transformers.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in NLP, LLMs, or Generative AI model development.
- System Design: Proven ability to design scalable MLOps infrastructure and cloud-native AI solutions.
- Language: Excellent English communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder presentation.
