Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Generative AI and LLM solutions using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Design the technical strategy for proprietary AI models, focusing on efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Ethics) to integrate AI into core products.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce token costs for high-volume applications.
- Establish best practices for AI governance, data privacy, and bias mitigation.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years dedicated to AI/ML.
- Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and modern frameworks (PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale models in production environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of NLP, transformer architectures, and reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for translating complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
