- Establish industry-defining patents and intellectual property portfolios
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Horizon Academy program
Responsibilities
- Scan global tech ecosystems to identify paradigm-shifting innovations
- Build predictive models for technology adoption curves
- Design scenario-based strategic plans for 2026 market landscapes
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through compelling future-state proposals
- Represent the company at Davos, CES, and Web3 summits
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype exponential technologies
- Publish quarterly disruption briefings for Fortune 500 clients
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Systems Engineering, Futures Studies, or equivalent
- Deep expertise in at least three exponential technology domains
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or similar
- Experience securing government innovation grants (DARPA, NSF)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
