In this position, you'll collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to identify disruptive trends, develop long-term technology roadmaps, and translate future scenarios into actionable business strategies. You'll represent our thought leadership at global forums and mentor the next generation of innovators.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) through 2026 horizon scanning
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with market shifts and regulatory landscapes
- Translate future scenarios into actionable product innovation strategies for executive leadership
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Present future technology insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures scenarios
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through strategic transformation
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
- Proficiency in futures research tools (scenario planning, Delphi method, etc.)
